It is a hotel for all seasons - in summer, in the shade of a large sun umbrella, it is easy to enjoy a cold Kiwi beer, a freshly squeezed juice from the Juice Bar, a Supreme expresso and homemade biscuits and cakes, or a chilled, award-winning Central Otago wine.  In autumn and spring enjoy walking, biking or sightseeing and then spend late afternoon basking in the sun looking at the wonderful changing colours of the rowan and poplar trees.  

In winter enjoy a roaring open log fire in the bar, a glass of mulled wine or your favourite beer after a days' sightseeing, curling, fishing, golfing or mountain biking.
